THE GP PATIENT SURVEY

Some patients registered at Concord Medical Centre will receive a questionnaire about their experiences of local health services. The survey covers issues that concern patients, such as access to care and satisfaction with treatment.

If you receive a questionnaire, please fill it in and send it back as soon as you can. Even if you have received a questionnaire like this before, it is important we hear your views. 

Some of the questions asked are –

1. Can I obtain an appointment with a GP* within 2 working days? (*this means ANY GP)
A: Yes. Anyone who needs to be seen on the day will be offered an appointment.

2. Can I obtain a consultation with a GP more than 2 days in advance?
A: Yes. Appointments can be booked up to 4 weeks in advance.

3. Can I see my own GP?
A: Yes. But please remember that doctors may be on holiday, training and occasionally sick.
